This emo ringtone is fraught with apathy and pathetic loneliness at the same time. “Someone somewhere has a phone up to their ear/waiting/hoping/wanting me to take their call” and a touch of the obvious thrown in for fun. I like it.
This dramatic ringtone is dark and beautiful…I guess. It has a violin and a deep metal guitar and a scream “RING!”. I don’t know how loud it is, but it’s dark and cool, so you know, doctor’s office, group therapy session, interrupting a lecture from yourparents…all those scenes would be great for this ring. Oh, and if you own a black umbrella and paint your lips black…even better.
I don’t know why I called it “disobeying”. Maybe because that’s what my kids do…not all the time. They are good most of the time. Anyway, the ringtone is a short “alert” type ringtone. Not too annoying. Good for texts probably.
This chaotic mess of a ringtone was inspired by how I felt when I turned around at a very crowded public place and couldn’t find my 3 yo daughter. Helpless, afraid, my thoughts were so loud and everything was falling apart. Every car that left the parking lot made my heart explode. My eyes darting around. Oh, it was lame, lame, lame. We found her. She thought she was going to another area of the petting zoo when she actually left the area.
Last year around this time I posted a ringtone called spooked around October 31st. I just wanted to post it again in case you happen to be looking for a spooky ringtone.
Funky little ringtone with me singing kinda out of tune saying, “Hold on I’m getting a call/I need to check who it is/I might ignore it/I just might answer/depends on who it is.
This free ringtone is sort of like Depeche Mode meets Simply Jeff or something electro anyway. The lyrics just say “Hello” in a monotone 80s type “I am sad” kind of way.
This week I’m presenting something very special. I’ve gotten permission from Andrew from “Songs To Wear Pants To” to post a couple of his songs as ringtone. You can go to his music site here and Songs To Wear Pants To is a must see site where Andrew takes requests for what to make a song about and makes some of them. Really funny stuff. Thought you’d enjoy it.
This ringtone is another 80s sounding loop. I have a robotic voice saying “Hello, Who is it?”. Kind of Fine Young Cannibals meets Beverly Hills Cop. I don’t know.
This ringtone has an offbeat feel to it, but it’s actually a dancehall reggae style beat. I really like this ringtone. The name “Walking Onion” is just a cool plant. The onion grows on the top of the plant, then gets heavy and makes the plant fall over, then it plants itself and starts over. Pretty cool plant.
This site is about ringtones...free ringtones. Not your regular "Factory Package" ringtones, but "different" and "interesting" ones. Some will be original compositions, some will be sound loops, and some may be so strange and weird that no one will download them. I just wanted to offer some different ringtones than are out there right now. I hope to see more sites like this one in the future, where "ringtone artists" can explore and flourish, and have an outlet.
